Going out of town or on vacation?
While staying with us, your dog will be fed high quality Science Diet or the food you prefer per owner’s instructions, and water is available at all times. Cozy bedding is provided and cleaned frequently.
We also ask that you please leave all toys, blankets, and beds at home as we already have plenty for your pet to enjoy.
Reservations fill up fast on weekends, in the summer and for major holidays, so once your plans are set, be sure to book your pet’s reservation as soon as possible. Please call (816) 436-4400.

Boarding Vaccination Requirements
We require all pets that board with us to be current on their core vaccinations and be free of intestinal parasites to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.
Proof of vaccination and a negative intestinal parasite exam are required before we can accommodate your pets. Vaccines and an intestinal parasite exam can be performed at our hospital on their first day of boarding if needed.
Required vaccinations for dogs:
- Rabies
- Parvovirus/distemper (DHPP)
- Bordetella
Required vaccinations for cats:
- Rabies
A negative intestinal parasite exam (fecal) is required every 6 months for all pets boarding with us. Please make sure you bring in copies of your pet’s medical records when checking in your pets for boarding.
